Pricing varies based on the shirt, the design/number of colors, and total quantity.

The price includes all production and set-up, up to an hour of design time, and a donation.

Tax, additional costs for sizes 2XL+, and delivery/shipping are not included.

The minimum quantity is 12 pieces.

Our design team can work with your ideas, logos, designs to create the design you want. We do not require specific files, but if you have them, we prefer .eps or .ai formats. Once a design is created, we send you a mock up (digital version) to review.

We cannot produce decorated samples, but we can order a sample of the item.

Once we have a final design, sizes and quantities, our turnaround time is 8-10 days. This does not include shipping time.

Contact your sales rep within 5 days of receiving your order and we will work you on a resolution to ensure you are happy with your product. These are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Not exactly. Each time you place an order with us, you add to your donation total. Each semester, our team adds up the total number of uniforms available to donate and plans donation events based on those numbers. We will invite you via email to sign up for the school event that fits best in your schedule. Check out the How We Give section for more info.

Given that each item is custom, we have a no refund policy. We are happy to work case by case if items are received damaged or below the quality of the customers’ expectations.
